Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and JKNC leader Farooq Abdullah was happy with the defence of Kapil Sibal on Article 370 in the Supreme Court.“I am very happy today. Kapil Sibal very nicely defended Article 370 in the Supreme Court. I am very hopeful that the Supreme Court will take cognizance of that and justice will be served to Jammu and Kashmir,” said Farooq Abdullah.Supreme Court hearing on a batch of petitions challenging the constitutional validity behind the Centre’s move on August 05, 2019, to strip the erstwhile state of its special status guaranteed under Article 370.
