“Truth should come out…” says UP Dy CM KP Maurya on Moradabad Riots Enquiry Report

Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya while answering questions from media on Moradabad Riots Enquiry Report stated that the truth should come out and through this report, people will get to know about the truth of riots. The report will be presented before the UP Assembly today. He said, “This report was hidden and it needs to be presented. This will help the citizens know the truth about the Moradabad Riots…One should welcome this report as it will bring out who does the riot, who supports it, and who fights against it.”During August-November 1980, month-long violent clashes broke out in UP’s Moradabad which lasted till early 1981 leaving hundreds dead.
