Visuals: Heavy rains in Gujarat create flood-like situation in different parts

Intense rainfall, combined with the discharge of water from significant reservoirs such as Sardar Sarovar, Ukai, and Kadana, inflicted severe damage on multiple regions of Gujarat. The most affected areas were predominantly located in the southern and central regions of the state, prompting the urgent evacuation of approximately 10,000 residents to safety across five districts.
